Adjusting your browser’s advanced settings

• Advanced settings for Internet Explorer

1. Click Tools, then click Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under the Browsing Section, find the setting "Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)".
4. Ensure the setting "Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)" is Not Checked (or is Disabled).
5. If this setting does not exist, your login / signup problems are not related to third-party browser extensions.
